The customer will fill out the desired destination for each lot purchased and contact information. Shiawassee County Fair will receive a copy, the customer will keep a copy, and Crowe Real Estate & Auction will receive a copy.

Buyers who would like to register online can also pickup their online bidder card number if they chose to attend the live portion of the auction at the CR Auctions trailer prior to the start of the auction

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED FOR THE LARGE ANIMAL SALE, YOU WILL NOT NEED TO RE-REGISTER FOR THE SMALL ANIMAL UNLESS BIDDING ONLINE ONLY.

This furniture is sold as is no warranty. It could be a floor model display, close out model, warehouse scuff or comfort return. 

All purchases must be paid for in U.S. funds at load out. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or check are accepted. All invoices of $3,000 or higher require wire transfer payments or ACH. Credit card and ID must be present at load out, even for pre-paid invoices. Each transaction necessary to collect insufficient funds will have a $35 fee imposed.
